Are You Living Your Full Human Potential?

I recently participated in a residential program at the Monroe Institute in Charlottesville, Va. The program is called MC₂ Manifestation and Creation*, and explores our ability to powerfully focus our mind and energy to influence physical matter.

Using consciousness to influence/affect and effect objects, also known as Psychokinesis.

Does this sound like magic? Science fiction?

The term psychokinesis is derived from the Greek words psyche meaning breath, life, or soul, and kinein meaning to move.

Energy healing is a psycho-kinetic activity, as is shifting our vibrations and attitudes to affect our wellbeing. Qi is life force that is within all forms of life; it surrounds us and moves through us.

What we do with our breath and Qi describes psychokinesis. When we breath, we consciously inhale and our cells exchange oxygen that moves through our entire body.

Here are forks and spoons that were bent by our group by tapping into our own powerful energy potential.

Perhaps you are already starting to wonder what any of this has to do with you, what is the point?

We are powerful beings, and for the most part none of us ever reach our full potential. We get stuck and trapped in paradigms that keep us in an endless cycle. We do the same thing over and over and believe that it is okay.

Our thoughts and emotions emit powerful signals and chemicals that bathe all of our cells. These signals tell our bodies to heal or to be in a state of illness or disease. We have this energy in our body and all around us.

Our culture has us in a constant state of alarm and fatigue; life itself becomes a repetitive strain. When we seek to heal or get healthy, what we chose to do, or not to do, has a powerful effect on our energy, emotions, body, and spirit. There is no separation.

We have this energy in our body and all around us how we take care of ourselves makes a difference, not just once in awhile, but as a conscious everyday practice.

As a practitioner of Chinese medicine, my focus is not just on the tools of acupuncture, herbs, and bodywork, it is on the consciousness and awareness of the whole. The ancient knowledge of the energy, what is missing in western medicine; this is how to help my patients facilitate the healing that is already inside of them.

Are you interested in the power of your human potential? Your unlimited health potential? Do you want to find out what it’s like to tap into your source of power?

Maybe you are experiencing neck and shoulder pain, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, recurring sinus infections, poor concentration, weight gain, emotional flatness, sadness and low libido.

These signs and symptoms may seem like no big deal, or nothing to go to a doctor about, but ask yourself, are you at your best when your experience of health is mediocre? How might your life change if you tapped into your strength and moved into self-healing? What would that do you for and your family?

There is a solution.

  1. Decide what level of health you want, not just for now, but for your future as well.  If you continue down the path you’re on, what will your future look like in 10 years, 15 years, or 20 years down the line?

  2. Take a good look at the older people in your life now, their habits, beliefs and consciousness around their health and aging. What could they have done to have a greater quality of health and life? How does that affect you? It is not too late.

  3. Start now.
